What do I need to know about returns?
  • Worry-free money-back returns within 14 days of receiving your order, when returned in new condition.
  • Returns after 14 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • If we sent the wrong product, we cover return postage to correct the issue.
  • If you ordered the wrong product, no longer need the items, or ordered extras, you pay return shipping.

Returns are accepted in like-new condition under the same policies.

  3. After approval, you get an email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
  • Like-new condition; full refund within 14 days of receipt; after 14 days, 20% restocking may apply.
  • Must include all components; no damage.
  • Gift cards are not returnable for cash.
  • No returns after 90 days.
How soon will I get my refund?


After we receive and inspect your return, we email you with status. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method right away;
banks may take 3 to 10 business days to show the credit.

I'm not going to review each piece individually but we are very happy with our EZ Snap covers. We ordered and installed about 60 linear feet of EZ Snap covers including inside corners, end caps (both open and closed) and we used open end caps at splice joints. They all installed easily and they look great. This was not an inexpensive purchase but the ordering process was great and the delivery and packaging was very well done. The lengths were perfectly cut and precise and it all went together with no problems at all. The finished job looks great! A friend, who is a home improvement contractor, was very impressed when he saw them.
