To start a return, enter your order number and email address or phone number on the returns page and follow the prompts. If installation is not going as planned, call us at (866) 740-0005 — we will not let you fail.
What do I need to know about returns?
Worry-free money-back returns within 14 days of receiving your order, when returned in new condition.
Returns after 14 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If we sent the wrong product, we cover return postage to correct the issue.
If you ordered the wrong product, no longer need the items, or ordered extras, you pay return shipping.
What if I have custom-cut covers?
Returns are accepted in like-new condition under the same policies.

After approval, you get an email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
Like-new condition; full refund within 14 days of receipt; after 14 days, 20% restocking may apply.

How soon will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we email you with status. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method right away; banks may take 3 to 10 business days to show the credit.

Stand at the left end of your run and measure to the corner or end cap. Repeat for the right end if you have an angled wall.

Easier than Painting the old heater shrouds. They look great and with the powder coat finish, I expect they will continue to look great. I appreciate the heavier galvanized steel construction. I don't expect to ever see dents in these.

As usual, your covers and end caps met my expectations! I'm a repeat customer redoing areas in my 30+ year old home, and I replace the covers as I move from room to room.
